At Vardhman Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality of our products. We do not offer cash refunds, but we are happy to exchange your product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

We do not offer monetary refunds — exchange only.
Original packaging
Product must be unused and in original, unopened packaging.
What Can Be Exchanged
You are eligible to request an exchange if:
- The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
What Cannot Be Exchanged
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Products returned without original packaging or with missing tags.
- Exchange requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products purchased on sale or as part of a bundle/offer.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery using one of the options below. Please include your order number and photos of the product showing the issue.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product to:

We will dispatch the replacement product within 5–7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
Shipping Costs for Exchange
- If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear all shipping costs.
- If the exchange is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
No Refund Policy
Vardhman Lifestyle does not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances. All eligible claims will be resolved through product exchange only. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly.
